For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Managing the full cycle of hiring talents
Compiling job positions and posting them on job sites
Searching and involving the new candidates
Interviewing the candidates (primary screening and arranging/supporting the technical interviews)
Providing the feedback after an interview
Preparing and supporting the job offers
Working with job sites, social media, forums
Market analysis
Managing the inbound candidate database
Managing the candidate selection reports
Main responsibilities (HR activities):
Helping new employees to adapt
Hosting performance reviews
Compensations management
Organizing team building events, supporting inbound and outbound company events
Developing the HR brand and corporal culture
Main responsibilities (Office management):
Ordering food and water for the office
Decorating the office for events
Supporting the lifecycle of an office
What kind of professional are we looking for?
2+ years of experience in game development or IT
Experience in hiring Middle/Senior/Lead level professionals
Experience with creating and implementing employees adaptation programs
Knowledge and skills of various candidate searching and hiring methods
Correct writing and speaking skills
Communicative, discipline, responsibility skills, and being able to work with big amounts of data
Ability to get on well with people, systematic approach, responsibility, knowing how to work with a big amount of data
English Intermediate +
Knowing how to build and keep relationships with candidates
Negotiation and objections handling skills
Independence, proactivity, result-oriented job approach.
