Lead 2D Environment Artist

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Developing and adhering to concept development pipelines based on project objectives

• Setting and estimating 2D environment production tasks in line with the current milestone

• Supervise and mentor performers in the process of completing assigned tasks

• Maintaining and developing the individual style of the Farcana project

• Tracking the transfer of finished materials to the 3D department

• Control of artefact storage

• Communicating with LD, 3D Env, LA, and narrative departments

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience as a 2D Env Lead for 2 years or more (AA/AAA projects)

• Relevant portfolio with examples of work in a stylised Sci-fi style 

• Experience in developing a unified project style

• Excellent skill in using 2D and 3D Pipelines to solve concept development problems 

• Ability to clearly formulate TORs for executors 

• High communication skills, experience in mentoring and developing employees

• Ability to decompose and accurately estimate complex tasks

• Strong understanding of 2D and 3D work plans

Would be a plus:

• Experience with git (Source Tree, etc)

• Experience with engines (UE) at the viewport navigation level

• Experience with outsourcing
