Lead Level Designer

We are Belka Games. Our company is one of the 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe according to data.ai, and our audience recently surpassed a milestone of 110 million players.

We're looking for an experienced Lead Level Designer to join our flagship project Clockmaker, which is one of the fifteen highest-grossing match-3 games of 2023 (iOS, Android).

At our company, you'll be able to acquire unique level design experience, experiment with new mechanics, and get feedback from players. This is an opportunity to create new industry trends as part of a team that values creative freedom and is eager to share what they've learned. 

You'll manage and grow a team of Level Designers while actively working with a team of game designers, programmers, artists, and more.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage a level design team, including planning, distributing workload, ensuring the quality of completed work, optimizing processes, and building and training your team

• Develop project plans, work with A/B tests, analyze analytics data, and create levels

• Ensure level quality and work with team members

• Work with specialists from other departments

• Participate in research and the creation of new mechanics

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 1+ years of experience as a Lead Level Designer

• 2+ years of recent experience as a Level Designer

• Experience working on successful match-3 projects

• A very high degree of familiarity with the match-3 genre, including the leading projects on the market

• A proactive, communicative personality and a drive for professional growth
