Senior Game Designer

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for an experienced Senior Game Designer for one of our clients, an enthusiastic team who share the goal of making the best MMO action game on mobile devices.

• The name of the project(s): MMO, Sandbox
• At what stage of the project(s)? Open Beta, preparation for the Soft Launch
• Genres: MMO, Action, Simulation
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

Team size and structure?

15 employees

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Improving the Player's Experience to keep it at competitive level

• Monitoring key project metrics, creating scenarios for solving existing problems

• Generation of new and improvement of existing game mechanics

• Participation in the formation of technical specifications for the implementation of their solutions

• Analysis of the mobile market for trends in game mechanics and new approaches

• Preparation of project documentation as a result of the work.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience as a game designer – 2 years and more

• Previous experience on mobile Multiplayer/ Midcore/ Hardcore F2P development

• Experience as a game designer on projects in the genres: Action/ Shooter/ MMO/ Simulators/ MOBA

• Extensive player experience in GTA Online, GTA V, various Sandbox projects.

• Ability to correctly compose of technical specifications

• The ability to clearly formulate your feedback and ideas to the team.
